LETTER TO THE RESIDENTS OF SAN FERNANDO
of my highest consideration.
The advancement of the legislative elections, by the PEN, has meant an enormous damage to the political organizations that have been hurt for the procedure for selecting candidates. This fudge has been forced to conclude "the dedazo" as a method to elect candidates who would best represent the residents in the deliberative bodies or parliamentarians.
